You can now apply for enrolment at Emmanuel College online by filling out this online application.
Once you register you can save and return to your application at any time. 

 

 

The last date for Enrolment Applications for Year 7 students in 2018 to be considered through the normal enrolment process is Friday 26 May 2017.

Applications are, however often received several years in advance and parents are encouraged to submit an Application for Enrolment form as soon as possible.

Significant Enrolment Dates for Year 7 in 2018


Please save these dates for 2017:
Information Evening on Thursday 27 April 7:30pm.
Please arrive at the Emmanuel Centre in Botanic Road.
The Registration Desk will be open from 6:50pm for a 7:30pm sharp start.
This information session will last for approximately 60 minutes.

One Day - Two great events: The third annual EMMagination Creativity Festival and Open Day on Sunday 30 April. Doors open at 1pm. Tours and workshops commence 1:15pm with last tours departing at 3pm. The EMMagination Festival offers free creativity workshops for students in Grades 5 and 6. The workshops cover a wide range of subject areas (Science, Technology, Arts, Music, Sports, Food Technology, Drama, Media, Crafts, Chess and Agriculture) and bookings must be made in advance. The program will be released and bookings opened in April. School tours are available (without bookings) throughout the afternoon.

Tours on Tuesdays: Tours are offered every Tuesday . Please contact the Registrar Margaret Moloney (03) 5560 0888 to book a tour.

  • Letters of Enrolment Offer posted

Friday 23 June:

  • Acceptance of offers finalised and waiting list applicants may be invited.

Step 1:

Submit an application to enrol and pay an application fee of $100. This fee is fully rebated - meaning that the $100 will be credited to your College fee account after the enrolment process is completed. In the event that a place is not able to be offered, (which is unlikely to affect any families with other children already at the College), the fee will be refunded. However in the event that you later change your mind and decide not to accept an offer of enrolment, the fee is non-refundable.

Step 2:

In order to accept a place that is offered, you need to pay a further $100 acceptance fee. This fee will also be credited to your College fee account and is also non-refundable should you decide that the student will not start school at Emmanuel College.

This change was introduced by the Emmanuel College Board of Management in an effort to discourage non-genuine applicants from proceeding with the enrolment process. This should help to shorten waiting lists and give serious applicants the chance of a faster offer of enrolment, which will enable both the prospective students and the College to plan for the year ahead.

As there are usually more applications than places available, the College has devised an enrolment policy, which is followed in order to prioritise the allocation of places. Academic achievement is not a factor considered in the enrolment policy.
